From skeptic to believer
The suite was impressive, beautifully furnished, and the bar served mouthwatering homemade burgers! The staff, especially the customer experience rep, went above and beyond to retrieve my lost luggage.
The gym and pool closed too early, limiting access for business travelers. Some amenities felt outdated, which could use modernization to enhance the overall experience.

Solo traveler’s Comfortable Retreat
The staff, they made me feel like royalty. Especially when I had a malfunctioning ventilation, they hustled to get me a fan and relocated me to a comfy lower-floor room like it was nothing.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but my stay was still acceptable.
